Role OverviewJoin our team at the Tiffin Developmental Center! As a Therapeutic Program Worker, you will help residents with daily living skills and assist them with becoming more independent, to achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily living skills, implement active treatment activities, and perform light housekeeping duties. Complete daily and monthly documentation, including reporting any unusual incidents or reactions to medication.

Requirements
- Formal education in arithmetic, reading, writing, and speaking common English
- High school diploma or certificate of high school equivalence
- Valid driver's license for positions requiring operation of a motor vehicle
