Role OverviewJoin our team at the Tiffin Developmental Center! As a Therapeutic Program Worker, you will help residents with daily living skills and assist them with becoming more independent to achieve their goals.
What You Will Do
Assist with daily living skills, implement active treatment activities, and perform light housekeeping duties. Complete daily and monthly documentation, including reporting any unusual incidents or reactions to medication.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Formal education in arithmetic, reading, writing, and speaking common English vocabulary
- STNA certification and/or listed on Ohio Nurse Aide Registry (for Veteran Services positions)
- Valid driver's license (for positions requiring operation of a motor vehicle)
