Job Description
Join our team at the Tiffin Developmental Center as a Therapeutic Program Worker. As a Therapeutic Program Worker, you will help residents with daily living skills and assist them with becoming more independent. The position requires assisting with eating, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, oral hygiene, dressing, grooming, communication, money management, etiquette, and social skills, among other tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license (for positions requiring operation of a motor vehicle)
  • Formal education in arithmetic and common English vocabulary
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, lift, and run
