Job Description
Join our team at the Tiffin Developmental Center! As a Therapeutic Program Worker, you will assist residents with daily living skills and help them become more independent. Starting hourly pay is $22.60, with multiple pay increases over the first 3.5 years of service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Formal education in arithmetic and reading, writing, and speaking common English
  • Valid driver's license (for positions requiring operation of a motor vehicle)
  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, lift, and run
