Role OverviewCollaborate with consumers and professionals to create and implement Individualized Service Plans and Behavior Plans. Monitor and assess consumer progress, and participate in program development and direction.
What You Will Do
Complete accurate records, logs, and documentation related to consumer observations, behavioral changes, progress, and service interactions. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the residential facility. Attend required training sessions and adhere to established safety practices.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be able to complete a 4-week full-time orientation, work weekends and holidays, and be exposed to communicable diseases and unpredictable patient behavior.
Requirements
- Formal education in arithmetic that includes addition & subtraction & in reading, writing & speaking common English vocabulary.
- Valid driver's license for positions that require operation of a motor vehicle.
Benefits
