What You Will Do
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for delivery across the Therapeutic Area portfolio. Translate business strategy into operational execution, driving consistency, predictability, and performance across all studies and programs within the portfolio.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field
- ~15+ years of clinical research experience, including significant leadership experience
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
