Role OverviewTalbert House is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Therapeutic Support Specialists (TSS) to join our growing Crisis Continuum team. TSS staff provide direct support and supervision to adults receiving behavioral health and substance use disorder services within our Engagement Center and Crisis Stabilization programs.
What You Will Do
Actively supervise and engage with clients to create a safe and therapeutic environment, utilize approved techniques to maintain safety of clients and staff, and help clients learn to make appropriate decisions.

Requirements
- High School Graduate or High School Equivalency
