Job Description
Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a clinically skilled Therapist to provide direct therapeutic services within our behavioral health and substance use treatment programs. This role is responsible for comprehensive clinical assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, family engagement, crisis intervention, and coordination of care throughout the patient’s treatment episode.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or another related human services field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience providing therapy in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment settings
  • Active clinical license in the applicable state (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with Joint Commission standards and clinical documentation requirements
