Role OverviewWe are seeking a licensed therapist to work with children and teens in a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and a strong desire to work primarily or exclusively with this age group. The role will involve therapy sessions with children ages 6-18, with some flexibility to see younger children and/or adults if desired.
What You Will Do
As a therapist at Insight Carolinas, you will provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions to children and teens. You will work collaboratively with the administrative team to handle administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing high-quality therapy services.

Requirements
- Licensure: LP, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, LPA, LCSW, LCAS licensure in NC (and SC for expansion to Rock Hill area)
- Experience: Associate level licensures with supervision or outside supervision
- Skills: Attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines, and work collaboratively and independently
- Language Skills: Strong professional communication and writing
