Role OverviewWe are seeking a full-time Therapist to join our team in Behavioral Health Office, located in Mishawaka, Indiana. As a Therapist, you’ll play a vital role for the provision of clinical services to individuals in their respective areas, primarily children, adults and/or families with mental health issues and/or dual diagnosis, or individuals with substance use/dependence issues in both the outpatient and residential setting.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, mental status exams, and diagnoses, develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, provide individual, family, couples, and group counseling services, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, courts, schools, and community agencies to coordinate care.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marital & Family Therapy, or related Behavioral Science field of study
- Current non-probationary temporary license from state of Indiana in one of the following: LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LCAC-A
