Role OverviewThe Master Level Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy to youth in a residential treatment setting. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, preparing progress and discharge reports, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with families and outside service providers.
