What You Will Do
Assess & Evaluate Patients, Develop & Implement Treatment Plans, Provide Therapeutic Activities, Educate & Support Patients & Families, Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans, Collaborate with Healthcare Teams

Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelor’s degree, Must possess a current MN Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) License or Must possess a current Accredited MN Occupational Therapy (OTR) License
Requirements

- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required
