Job Description
The Association for Individual Development is seeking a Therapist QMHP BH Bilingual to provide case management and counseling services to clients with persistent mental illness, with the option to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a human service field, experience in behavioral health, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Requirements

  • Provide case management and counseling services to clients with persistent mental illness
  • Translate services into Spanish when needed
  • Work with a team of behavioral health service providers
  • Develop and implement individual treatment plans
  • Complete documentation of mental health services
  • Promote client wellness through coaching, counseling, consultation, and information and referral services
  • Provide effective individual, couples, and family counseling
  • Complete clinical assessments
  • Refer clients for community-based case management services
  • Meet minimum service hours provision/billing standards
