Job Description
As a Therapy Development Specialist, you will provide clinical and product training to new and existing customers, with a focus on growing usage and sales of Sight Sciences TearCare System.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in clinical optometric/ophthalmic setting
  • Education and experience in an eye care practice setting with in-office interventional technologies
  • Experience with ocular surface disease identification and management with devices preferred
  • Experience in training and/or coaching
  • Solution-oriented and change agile
  • Effective communicator with the ability to resolve conflict and solve problems with win-win outcomes
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with market access and reimbursement
