Role OverviewWe are seeking a Therapy Program Director to join our team at Southfork & The Southwood, a dynamic and innovative Senior Living Community located in Winston-Salem, NC. The Therapy Program Director is responsible for directing clinical assessments, program development, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary environment.
What You Will Do
Design and implement therapy programs and protocols, supervise and mentor a team of therapists, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs, and oversee the allocation and management of resources.

Requirements
- Degree in Physical/Occupational Therapy, or Physical/Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current valid state licensure in respective discipline
- Current valid CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivering skilled rehab services
