Role OverviewThe Therapy Program Director is responsible for the daily administration, clinical planning, development, marketing, and operations of the Rehab Program within the facility. This position manages and directs the therapy staff in the provision of program services to patients and residents and assures the rehab department meets clinical, budgetary, utilization, and quality standards.
What You Will Do
Supervises the staff, responsible for strategic planning and operations of the department, monitors Medicare, ensures correct billing practices, participates in Care Plan, Quality Assurance, Risk, and Stand-up meetings, oversees scheduling of treatments, audits and verifies compliance therapy documentation.

Requirements
- Associates Degree from an APTA, or AOTA accredited program
- Current licensure by the Board of Allied Professions
- Three to five years of clinical experience
- One to two years of supervisory experience with multi-disciplines
