Requirements

  • Effective and compliant management of multiple third-party relationships
  • Leverage extensive knowledge of industry laws and regulations to identify, measure, document, mitigate, and manage existing and emerging risks
  • Drive execution of required on-boarding activities and termination of relationships
  • Execute the Inherent Risk Questionnaire (IRQ) process to assess risk profiles of third parties
  • Identify, monitor, and manage action plans to address risk and performance issues/findings
  • Partner with first line of defense and second line of defense partners to develop, implement and monitor operational controls
  • Ensure contract documentation accurately reflects products/services provided via assigned third-party relationships and monitors third-party's ability to deliver against contractual requirements and service level agreements
