Job Description
The Thriving Hearts Coordinator serves as the point of contact for the Local Health Department for the life of the grant, supporting the implementation of the Thriving Hearts study and its components, including Mama's Heart, Healing Center Engagement, and Loving Connection.
Requirements
Graduation from a four-year college or university with a major in health education, public health, social work, nursing, or related field
Experience working in the maternal health field
