Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
NC Community Health Worker Credential (training course and exam) or completion within 6 months
Valid driver's license and reliable access to a personal vehicle
Proficiency in English and Spanish (preferred)
Experience using social services and programs
Knowledge of county resources
Familiarity with community leaders and stakeholders
Ability to travel within county
