Job Description
We are seeking a Ticket Counter Manager to assist and oversee the Ticket Counter portion of the Passenger Service operation at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW).

Requirements

  • Ensure excellent customer service for all passengers
  • Increase efficiency of staff
  • Reduce wait time for passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
  • Ensure accurate ticket counter logs are maintained
