Role OverviewProvide excellent customer service to guests, process ticket orders, and maintain knowledge of shows and events. Work in a team environment, reporting to a Ticket Office Supervisor.
What You Will Do
Process phone and in-person ticket orders, assist with night of show walk-up sales, print and distribute tickets, and resolve customer concerns.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have experience with ticketing systems, cash handling procedures, and customer service. Prior knowledge of Archtics, Ticketmaster Host, and TM1 is a plus.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years' experience as a Ticket Office Cashier
- Experience with ticketing systems and point of sale systems
- Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures and fiscal responsibility
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in the ticketing industry
