Job Description
The Buffalo Bills are looking for qualified candidates for our Mobile Ticketing Team. This position will focus on resolving mobile ticketing questions and concerns during all Buffalo Bills home games and ticketed events.
Requirements
Troubleshooting mobile ticketing at the gates on game days and special events
Assisting Guest Service with gate entry and ticket scanning devices
Resolving customer complaints, questions and inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of policies, rules, and regulations at Highmark Stadium
Adherence to employee policies and procedures
