Job Description
Under the direction of the Director, Stadium Operations, the ticket taker is responsible to scan tickets and answer questions in accordance with Company’s customer service standards and applicable operational standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sporting event venues is a plus
  • Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s customer service standards
  • Good communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructions
