Job Description
The Ticket Writer will advise and answer customer questions to help them make informed decisions with their sports wagering. They will promote our menu of sports betting options and take initiative to assist guests with their needs.

Requirements

  • Answer all guests' questions to the best of knowledge or seek to find out the answer in a timely manner
  • Communicate and promote our menu of sports betting options to guests
  • Plan, organize, and complete work timely
  • Take initiative, show ownership, and go above and beyond to assist guests with their needs
