Job Description
The Ticketing Operations Assistant will support ticketing and analytics in all areas related to ticketing operations, ticket sales lead identification and service, and game day/event execution.
Requirements
Develop a thorough understanding of ticketing systems and software
Assist in processing and fulfillment of ticket orders and provide basic ticket reporting
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing Season Ticket Members and customers
Perform cadenced and ad-hoc event and sales reporting using software such as Excel, Power BI, and Archtics
