Job Description
Centre is expanding and hiring a new Tier 1, Help Desk Support Technician to support its growing IT infrastructure. The role involves problem resolution, on-boarding, hardware and software installation, documentation, and communication with clients. Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in IT related study or field.
  • Basic knowledge and experience with Windows 7/8/10, Microsoft Office suite, Windows Administration tools, and basic network concepts.
  • Understanding of basic application, desktop, and server virtualization.
  • Entry of time sheets, expense reports and documentation on or before deadline.
