This role involves resolving complex technical issues, installing/configuring software, and maintaining system functionality. Requirements

  • Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma and 5 years of experience
  • US Citizenship
  • Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet strict deadlines
