The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for Viega’s customers by serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, orders, and service needs.

Requirements

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
  • Delivers accurate and timely responses to inquiries
  • Researches and resolves order-related issues
  • Processes and resolves warranty claims
  • Investigates and resolves complex pricing, logistics, and shipping discrepancies
  • Reviews and processes customer returns
  • Provides follow-up communications with customers and support teams
  • Analyzes incoming customer orders
  • Handles customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborates with departmental resources and other departments
  • Communicates effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Documents interactions and resolutions
  • Attends meetings as required and/or assigned
