Job Description
The Customer Service Specialist plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for Viega’s customers by serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries, orders, and service needs.
Requirements
Serves as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
Delivers accurate and timely responses to inquiries
Researches and resolves order-related issues
Processes and resolves warranty claims
Investigates and resolves complex pricing, logistics, and shipping discrepancies
Reviews and processes customer returns
Provides follow-up communications with customers and support teams
Analyzes incoming customer orders
Handles customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
Collaborates with departmental resources and other departments
Communicates effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
Documents interactions and resolutions
Attends meetings as required and/or assigned
