Job Description
The TikTok Ads Financial Crime Compliance Advisor will be the primary compliance liaison advising TikTok Ads product, compliance product, operations, and engineering teams on anti-money laundering risks and regulatory obligations. The role will be responsible for proactively identifying risks associated with new and existing products or services, enhancing the TikTok Ads control framework, and embedding financial crimes compliance into the product lifecycle.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in AML compliance or financial crimes advisory
Demonstrated knowledge of AML frameworks (BSA/AML, FATF, FinCEN)
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
