Requirements
Manage a category team to acquire brand principals, distributors, and merchants to support category growth at scale
Craft overall strategy to deliver growth for the business
Discover innovative collaborative models
Solve key challenges in business growth
Employ a consultative approach by offering strategic content, creator/affiliate/agency partner, merchandising, and logistical solutions to all clients
Update active clients on TikTok Shop product developments and new promotional opportunities
Represent TikTok Shop at industry events and brand summits and foster long-term partnerships with brands that help scale the category
