Job Description

As a Category Manager, Beauty, you will be responsible for scaling a book of enterprise partners, driving topline revenue growth for TikTok's US Commerce business, and discovering innovative collaborative models that align to the merchant's short-term and long-term development plans.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in e-commerce business with mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred
  • Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • A good team player, a fast learner, and open to changes
