Job Description
As the core team of TikTok Shop, Content Data Science team focuses on improving user-side product experience, user interaction, and transaction conversion of shoppable content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields, with 5+ years of work experience
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL, Python and R; mastery of analytical methods including regression, classification, clustering, machine learning, A/B testing and causal inference
  • Excellent communication and logical thinking skills, with structured thinking, acute data insight, rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of curiosity
  • Strong organizational and collaboration capabilities, self-motivated work attitude and resilience
