Job Description
TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee various aspects of building operations, maintenance, and compliance to create a safe, productive, and comfortable work environment for employees. The Regional Operations Manager (Sort Centers) owns operational performance, standards, and results across a region of 3–5 TikTok Shop sort centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership experience
  • 5+ years of operations, logistics, or supply chain experience
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven experience leading multi-site operations or regional teams
  • Strong experience managing and influencing third-party logistics providers (3PL/LSP)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
