Role OverviewThis role is responsible for building and owning our TikTok Shop growth engine, including affiliate recruitment, creator partnerships, content sourcing, campaign execution, and performance optimization. You'll work directly with the founders to build a scalable creator ecosystem that drives measurable revenue.
What You Will Do
You'll build, manage, and scale our TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, develop and execute our organic TikTok content strategy, create FDA-compliant creator briefs, and manage affiliate platform operations. You'll also analyze creator and affiliate performance using various metrics.

Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing TikTok creators, affiliates, or influencer programs for D2C/eCommerce brands or agencies
- Experience with TikTok Creator Marketplace and at least one affiliate platform such as Social Snowball, GRIN, Aspire, Modash, or Insense
- AI fluency is non-negotiable
- Strong written English
- Performance-minded
- Comfortable working closely with founders in a fast-paced environment and incorporating feedback quickly
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creator relationships simultaneously
