What You Will Do
The Team Leader leads by example, promotes a safe work environment, and ensures compliance with company policies. They monitor daily production schedules, ensure parts are assembled and delivered on time, and maintain quality objectives. They also assign and monitor daily work, provide employee performance feedback, and proactively address issues or concerns.
