Role OverviewJoin Continental's Hoosier Racing Tire team as a Product Development Engineer to develop and industrialize new products, maintain and improve existing products, and work with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include benchmarking/analyzing competitor tires, collecting data, coordinating track testing, investigating new materials/technologies, and working with manufacturing to reduce costs and complexity.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- CAD software experience (AutoCAD, Inventor, NX, Solidworks)
- Familiarity with Matlab, VBA, PowerBI and Tableau
- Structured problem solving and risk analysis experience
