Job Description
At TireHub, we are seeking a Logistics Center Leader to lead all logistics center activities, employees, inventory, and assets. The successful candidate will communicate TireHub objectives, missions, and direction specific to their location, with a focus on safety and customer service.
Requirements
5+ years of applicable work experience with a heavy focus on operations and warehouse management
Experience with KPI management
Supervisor or management experience
Bachelor's degree in operations/supply chain or equivalent field preferred
Demonstrated track record of effectively managing projects and teams
Process improvement experience
Experience leading day to day operations within a warehouse environment
Ability to establish accountability, measure work and drive performance to objectives
