Job Description
Title Examiner is responsible for conducting research, preparing documents, and working cross-functionally to determine the status of title or establish a chain of title. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail are required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of Title Examiner experience
  • Experience working with Resware, Qualia, or other industry software
  • Extensive background in examining Michigan properties
