Job Description
The Title Specialist role at Park Place Dealerships is responsible for ensuring an extraordinary client experience, processing titles and registrations, and maintaining internal controls. Requirements

  • Verifies data
  • Completes state forms
  • Makes disbursement for taxes and fees
  • Submits to the state
  • Processes new car & Pre Owned registrations on RTS software system
  • Processes pre-owned vehicle title transfers
  • Prepares and distributes registration and license plate envelopes
  • Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles
  • Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs
  • Identifies internal control issues
  • Knows and understands the Park Place Privacy and Information Securities Policy and adhere to its requirements
  • Attends weekly department meetings
