Role OverviewThe Personal Property Title Specialist is responsible for preparing, submitting, and resolving title work for personal property loans, including manufactured homes, across multiple states. This role focuses on ensuring accurate titling, proper fee and tax collection, and compliance with state and county requirements.
What You Will Do
Prepare title work, provide title support and guidance to internal departments, assemble daily UPS packages, scan and file receipts, research titles, update Encompass status, follow up on titles not received, answer internal and external calls, sort incoming department mail, resolve title work rejections, assist dealers and lenders, manage incoming emails, file completed folders, and maintain compliance with department and company policies.
