Role OverviewLead and develop assigned employees to ensure manufacture of components, products, and systems within agreed quality, cost, and delivery standards. Lead production activities to ensure products meet all requirements and achieve KPIs agreed. Determine manufacturing priorities to match weekly production schedules and make respective assignments.
What You Will Do
Direct personnel actions, including selection, training, performance appraisal, and safety procedures. Direct routine equipment set-up and maintenance and check for accomplishment. Establish instructions and refine procedures to contribute to improvements in QCD.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year Technical degree (prefered)
- OTJ experience with Schaeffler (considered)
- 3-5 years relevant experience in manufacturing
- Experience as a multi-skilled operator in his/her area of responsibility
- Good knowledge of production processes, measurement and inspection procedures, production planning and control, MS-Office, and SAP
- Ability to work with others, collaborate, and use persuasion to accomplish the work
- Familiar with computer programs
- Strong communication skills and able to resolve conflict
