Job Description
Performs highly advanced (senior-level) contract management work for the agency. Oversees the execution and administration of contracts, prepares procurement and contract documents, and monitors established contracts.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Five (5) years' experience in procurement of goods and services
  • State of Texas experience with procurement (purchasing and contracting), including contract negotiations
  • Knowledge of CAPPS Financials, USAS, or similar financial systems that support procurement or contract administration activities
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (such as Outlook, Word, or Excel)
  • Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) and/or Certified Texas Contract Manager (CTCM) is required
  • Valid Driver's License is required
