Role Overview

Performs complex administrative and supervisory program work for the Texas ChalleNGe Academy (TCA). Assists in establishing program goals and objectives, develops program guidelines and policies, and evaluates program activities. Assigns and supervises the work of others.

What You Will Do

Directs and oversees the work of Information Technology Services personnel, oversees the training and supervision of cadre members, and prepares and distributes acclimation and residential training schedules for cadets.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university
  • 4 years of experience working with youth who are emotionally/behaviorally at-risk and in enforcing disciplinary, safety, and security measures
  • 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Valid driver's license
  • First Aid and CPR certification
