Job Description
Educates and supports patients and their families in individual and group settings on tobacco cessation, and provides one-on-one, face-to-face counseling.

Requirements

  • Ability to be flexible
  • Advance computer skills
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • TTS certification
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • One year experience in counseling, health education, or patient care
  • One year experience in chemical dependency treatment/tobacco cessation
  • Annual RQI cognitive skills (BLS)
