Requirements

  • Passion for working with young children
  • At least 18-years-old
  • At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare or preschool
  • Minimum of a CDA, TCC or associate's degree in early childhood education or related field required for lead teachers
  • CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to pass background checks & health assessments
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. for child safety and emergencies
