Job Description
HDR is a collaborative, employee-owned company seeking a Tolling Analyst to deliver innovative solutions to tolling agencies across the country. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project teams through data analysis, research, reporting, and technical work products.

Requirements

  • Research tolling trends, technologies, and policies
  • Conduct deep data analysis using various tools
  • Monitor and analyze toll transaction data
  • Reconcile tolling data across systems and vendors
  • Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
  • Develop SOPs, training materials, and technical documentation
  • Assist with scopes of work, cost estimates, contracts, and procurement documents
  • Support toll program management tasks
  • Assist with business development efforts
