Role OverviewFlex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry. As a Tool Maker, you will be responsible for extensive mold repair and maintenance, routine preventative maintenance on injection molds, and basic machining skills on lathes, mills, and grinders.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include production support, job assignment in the shop, and troubleshooting skills. You will also be responsible for studying specifications, computing dimensions, and determining assembly methods and sequences of operations.

- Journeyman card or 8 years' experience
- Basic machining skills on lathes, mills, and grinders

- Ability to work in a high-heat environment
- Ability to work with controlled chemicals
- Ability to interact with industrial truck traffic as a pedestrian
- Ability to work on or around hazardous machinery
- Ability to lift 40lbs or greater
- Ability to work from a step ladder less than 6 feet
- Ability to work in confined spaces
