Job Description
The Shift Tool Maker is responsible for creating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools and equipment that support production operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tool Maker
  • Experience with progressive dies strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of machine tools and their applications
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Extensive experience operating metalworking equipment, including milling machines, grinders, lathes, and drills
  • Experience with quality control inspection methods and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills
