Job Description
We are seeking a Tooling & Equipment Engineer to join our team at HSM, a third-generation, privately held company with a rich history of innovation and a commitment to our people. As a Tooling & Equipment Engineer, you will design and develop tooling solutions, support equipment and production processes, and contribute to new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in tooling design, equipment engineering, or manufacturing engineering
  • Experience in metal fabrication, welding, stamping, forming, or assembly environments preferred
  • Automotive or transportation manufacturing experience is a plus
