Requirements

  • Data entry of tooling orders
  • Running reports from QAD
  • Assisting in prepping documents for shipping tools
  • General documentation and filing tasks
  • Assisting tool engineers with documentation tasks
  • Navigating and altering Excel spreadsheets
  • Participating in scheduling discussions and documentation
  • Evaluating status of delivery of purchased components
  • Coordinating information between tooling suppliers and tooling engineers
  • Assisting in closing out complete work orders
  • Tracking tool timelines
  • Acting as liaison between Purchasing, Tooling engineers, and Shop manager
  • Assisting in preparation of commercial invoices
  • Maintaining required documentation and files
